As you may have heard, the United States Congress passed a bill outlawing the number (between 7 and 9) late last night.
Per the new bill, the number (between 7 and 9) cannot be used in the US anymore.
Really sad, don't you think?
I am in the process of helping Gareth rewrite issue 5 to adhere to this law.
Luckily we both use the same PDF software.

On Monday we hope to have some of the basic replacement of the number (between 7 and 9) finished.
On Tuesday we'll be rewriting the few puzzles created for issue 6 so far.
Luckily, Gareth hasn't written an issue (between 7 and 9) yet, but when that day comes, it'll be released in the US as:
