Great! I love Quad Clues. I was a little concerned after not seeing one in #24 that they might not be popular enough to keep. I'd actually love a whole book of them My favorites (in no particular order) are:

BTW, I just finished Consecutive Sudoku Volume 1... loved it! The logic needed to solve them gets pretty interesting. Will there be a Volume 2?

I’ve only just bought Consecutive Sudoku Volume 1, and I am on Puzzle 4.

Is any of the posts here official or are we speculating on what will be released?

I will be happy just so long as the next release happens this year. Simple estimates of past release dates do point to December 14th. (Followed by mid April of 2016 :-P )

Well december has come and gone. Is Sudoku Xtra dead or just delayed? Should I be asking for a partial refund of my subscription?

It's just delayed - too many books to do! Although if you want a refund on the remainder of your subscription I will do that back to your Paypal account without question, of course. I have done bits of work on it from time to time, so it's just making verrrrrrry slow progress. Sorry about that!

Great to hear that it is in progress. I will wait for another great puzzle book if it is still happening.

I haven't checked on here for a while as I had (sadly) given up hope of more issues. Delighted to read your post Gareth and look forward to No 25 whenever it is. I have really missed it as it is still the best around and would love a regular supply again. I have been keeping busy re-working through my favourites from all the back issues but it never feels quite as satisfying as solving a brand new puzzle.

I am also enjoying working through a second copy of your Suduko Inequalities book (a great favourite still). Any chance of another book of these sometime.....?

Thanks for this effort, but unfortunately I can only publish puzzles I have requested in advance. As a matter of policy I am careful not to view unsolicited material, so I can't be accused of stealing anyone's ideas.

There isn't a Community Puzzles section any longer because it ultimately took me longer to draw and clean up other puzzles for publication than it did to make my own, although I should say that most authors were absolutely amazing and supplied perfect, press-ready art every time. I originally added the section in the hope it would expand the audience for Sudoku Xtra, but it didn't appear to have any effect and so I eventually decided that it was best to merge it back into the main body of the magazine and only include other authors' puzzles on occasion.

If you do want to submit puzzles for the magazine then I can consider publishing them only if you can send a typeset PDF that is ready to go directly on the magazine page, both for the puzzle and solution graphic, for each puzzle. Also I would need you to send me clear permission to use the puzzles in Sudoku Xtra.
